About Flo
“How I became a healer and guide
Nine years ago, I stepped away from a stressful life and began a journey of healing and Self Development. I was facing severe physical trauma and emotional blockages from my childhood and could not imagine that my life would ever be without massive frustration. But one day, while experiencing my pain consciously, I began exploring what could help better my condition.
This path led me to yoga, meditation, and various healing experiences. Guided by blissful moments of transformation and severe pain, I became increasingly committed to healing my body, emotions, and life.
As I began to experience the spiritual nature of reality, my entrepreneurial spirit became fully activated and my motivation to heal and learn became unstoppable. I studied across disciplines, old and new traditions, working with different teachers, discovered my passion for Natural Healing, and reconnected and aligned with life through the help of sacred rainforest medicine.
After a period of bold opening and exploration, I felt called to simplify, ground, align, and live with clear focus away from so-called civilization, in nature. I continued on my path and began developing spiritual technologies for healing, protection, and purification, and energetic art.
In 2023, while in Portugal, I experienced a deeper awakening that brought profound clarity to my purpose and reason for the substantial suffering I had lived with for so long. I recognised how my own struggles put me on a necessary healing mission early in my life—all this to prepare me for a greater mission: to support a peaceful and benevolent evolution of humanity during this time.
Since this deeper awakening experience, I have been able to access my spiritual abilities from previous lifetimes and, for example, to see in my natural state how karma causes most life experiences. I naturally started to guide and support fellow travellers regarding the inner causes of their suffering and how to evolve in alignment with life and nature toward peace, truth, and freedom.
In the following years, I began living in Nepal and traveling through Asia and continued my studies of life, deepening my healing and transformation efforts, and proceeded to naturally unfold my mission. I started developing, testing and refining new modalities for Natural Healing and Self Development—laying the foundation for Universal Flow Healing.”
